If you are a business owner using our Service, you are responsible for setting up, managing, and maintaining your digital loyalty card program. You must ensure that your program complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity when using the Service.
Our Service allows businesses to create and manage digital loyalty cards that customers can add to their Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Customers may collect stamps or rewards through purchases at participating businesses. The terms for collecting and redeeming rewards are determined by each business’s loyalty program.
By using Farah Card, you agree to receive updates, offers, and reminders through push notifications, Apple Wallet alerts, or other communication channels.

The Service, along with all its content, features, and technologies, are the exclusive property of Farah Card or its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
